    That was the question posed by Karen L. Jett, CMA, at our June CPE Conference at Widener University.
    Some people make every effort to behave ethically, and some will look to see what they can get away with.  Most, however, will look to a leader.  Does the tone at the top of your organization promote ethical behavior?  Are you leading by example?  You can do a lot to help others, and your organization, to do the right thing.
